Certified Property Pros

We know we are prohibited by state law from fixing a home we inspect for 12 months. The exception to this is “Termite” and “Roofing” inspections. We are allowed to make these repairs after inspecting. Also anything that is not included in a normal type of Home Inspection.  For everything else, we will refer it out to the “Certified Property Pros” list.

By having the “Certified Property Pros” list, we have resources and back up if any unexpected surprises pop up after the initial inspection.
